My sister in law and I enjoyed a fun day in Matlacha. First we enjoyed the wonderful quilt show at the Matlacha Community Center, where an incredible colorful variety of quilts and other quilted items were on display, and the friendly quilters explained some of their quilting techniques.
Then we enjoyed visiting Wild Child Gallery, Island Visions and Island Shoes. Was nice and breezy, and there was a good crowd of visitors in Matlacha. Our friend Ashlei was making Nantucket baskets at Wild Child.
