I'm two months behind in posting recent real estate sales, so I will summarize the busy sales activity that's occurred on Pine Island, Florida during the months of October and November 2009.
Six Single Family Lots Sold, Median Price $57,883. (Some of these included acreage or were waterfront.)
Nine manufactured homes sold, Median price $137,833. All of these were waterfront.
10 Inland homes sold, median price $156,950.
12 Waterfront homes sold, median price $317,450.
Its interesting that waterfront homes sold for almost exactly twice the price as inland homes.
There are presently 38 sales pending on Pine Island and 176 single family homes for sale. So we still have well over a year of housing supply on Pine Island, now is a great time to buy an affordable Pine Island Home.
