Hello Pine Island followers, I can't believe it has been 3 weeks since I had a c hance to blog. . .I've had many real estate clients, both my sister and brother have visited, I have been working on my annual Pine Island calendar. I had a chance to go out to the outer islands of Upper Captiva and Useppa, which are both beautiful, but I still love and prefer Pine Island. Still I sell on All southwest Florida Islands (hence my company name, All Island Realty, Inc.) and thought my readers might want a chance to see some outer island photos. Real estate prices are better on Pine Island than the outer islands and accessibility is much easier. . .we have a bridge to Pine Island, there is no bridge to Upper Captiva or Useppa or Cayo Costa. Yet if you want to visit those islands from Pine Island, its easy to catch a ferry or launch out there from either Pineland Marina (Island Girl or Tropic Star) or Bocilla Island Marina.
