June has come in hot & sultry on Pine Island. May sales slowed a bit in numbers but prices were up from last month. There were two high end waterfront sales this week, one for $730,000. and one for $1,172,500.

7 Salt Water front Homes sold - Median Price $495,000.
5 Inland Homes sold - Median Price $149,500.
7 Manufactured Homes Sold - Median Price $115,000.
1 Lake Front Home sold for $235,000.
2 Waterfront Condominiums sold for an average of $262,000.
3 Salt Water Front lots sold for an average of $171,666.
