I missed posting to Pine Island Times last week because I was in Orlando at a conference. Wow, its great to be back on Pine Island.

While I was gone, there were several waterfront homes and lots sold, which demonstrates that properties that are priced right will sell quickly. The home in this picture is a two bedroom, two bath canal front home in Matlacha that sold for $279,000. There are a handful of waterfront homes and condominiums priced below $300,000. on Pine Island. There are about one dozen waterfront lots priced below $200,000. on Pine Island. There are few better places to enjoy boating, fishing, and our wonderful natural environment than Pine Island and it is one of the most affordable places to buy waterfront real estate in Southwest Florida.
