Horses Spotted on Pine Island

Forgive the pun, but my friends Jeanne and Jim arrived to their new homes on Pine Island with their two walking spotted horses, Tucker and Patches. Here is a photo of them meeting my Paint mares Sweetpea and Baby. I am so glad to have more horse people moving to Pine Island! At least one-half of Pine Island is zoned agricultural and agricultural land is for sale starting under $100,000. Homes on agricultural land start in the mid-200's. There are some great properties available right now. Pine Island is a diverse place with every type of property available, simple cottages, farms, condominiums, golf course properties to million dollar waterfront estate homes. That's one of the great things about Pine Island, it is not a monoculture but rather a unique blend of different properties, people, plants and animals. To search for Pine Island real estate, go to my website http://www.pineislandhomesandland.com/ or http://www.pineisland.listingbook.com/.
