The Pine Island has been nice and green lately since we've had 7 inches of rain this year already, though most days have been sunny and warm so far.  Later this week, I'll compare real estate prices on Pine Island, and that other Emerald Isle, the Republic of Ireland, to see where you get more for your dollar (or Euro).
