We've had lots of long rainstorms on Pine Island this week. A lightning strike took out power in Bokeelia for about six hours the other night. Luckily we have a generator so we could keep the lights and fans going. The humid weather has caused gardenias to keep blooming through August. Here's some photo's of my week on Pine Island.
