Even with a few recent cold (40's) nights, Pine Island is still sunny and beautiful as usual. Here's a photo of one of my favorite cottages in Matlacha, next to the Sandy Hook restaurant overlooking Matlacha Bay. Temps by the end of this week will be back to perfect: 70's during the day, 50's during the evening. The Matlacha Bridge is beautiful with Blue Dolphin Lights gracing the entry way to Pine Island.
