Scenes around Bokeelia

My usual weekly blog post have been delayed by a flurry of real estate activity...more than 30 properties have gone under contract on Pine Island this month, including several properties my clients are buying. Still, I have had time to enjoy my morning bike rides around Pineland and Bokeelia, and here are a few photographs taken on those bike rides.  Next week I'll be posting the first quarter statistics for real estate sales in Bokeelia, Saint James City and Matlacha, and I expect they may be nearly double the number of sales in 2011.
