This whole week was refreshingly brisk with night time lows in the 40's and day time highs ranging from mid-60's to mid-70's. With a nice north wind, it felt great to wear jeans and sweaters for a change! Here's a photo of my Paint mare "Baby" taking a little nap in the warm sun.
Real Estate sales were also pretty brisk, with twelves properties going under contract in only one week! There were only two closed sales but properties that are priced well are starting to move off the market.
