Running a distance second was Michigan with 18 purchasers, followed by: Ohio, Indiana and Illinois (13 each), New York (12), Massachusetts and New Jersey (7 each), Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Maryland (6 each), Minnesota (5), Virginia and Pennsylvania (4 each), New Hampshire Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky and Maine (3 each), Alabama, Missouri, Vermont (2 each) and one purchase each from: Nevada, California, Kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, West Virginia and Wyoming.
International buyers were: 5 from Canada, one each from the UK, Germany and Panama.
People who already know Florida have chosen Pine Island as one of the best places in Florida to live, as have buyers hailing from 32 other US States and other countries.
