The first week of November and fall is here! Beautiful warm days (70's) and cool nights (50's) have come to Pine Island, along with low humidty and beautiful clear skys. Perfect weather for kayaking, fishing, biking and being outside. No more airconditioning is needed!
Places to launch your kayak on Pine Island include Matlacha community park, Pineland park on waterfront drive, and Tropical Point park in Matlacha. These are also great places to fish from shore.
